It feels like just yesterday when I took the leap and founded Crux. It was indeed my “dream job,” built upon my vision of what a creative agency should be. Now, as Crux marks its tenth anniversary, I can’t help but reflect on the journey.
From the beginning, Crux’s structure, goals, and culture were shaped by my experiences and dedication to customer service. We knew that to stand out in the competitive landscape of creative agencies in Milwaukee, we needed to challenge the status quo. “Bravery Required” became our mantra, urging both ourselves and our clients to push beyond our comfort zones.
