HOW TO GET MORE VALUE OUT OF YOUR AD AGENCY

We’ve always been innovative and a step ahead of the crowd, – bucking trends, zigging while others zagged – and now we’re doing it once again by offering our customers valuable services for FREE!

That’s right! While airlines are charging extra for the food, drinks, and luggage they used to provide for free and doctors are tacking monthly concierge fees on to their bills, Crux is going a different route. In addition to our virtual business model that assures that you only pay for the services you actually use, we also offer optional FREE workshops that give you MORE than you pay for.

These unique onsite workshops can be customized just for your company and are designed to help you enhance how your customers experience your brand. Each workshop runs about an hour and is centered on specific presentation challenges most businesses have to face. Here’s a brief description of each:

How to turn a rude and unhappy customer into your biggest fan.

Long before Marshall Field declared, “Give the lady what she wants,” retailers and other business people have been trying to keep customers happy. Word of mouth has always been an important element to any business’s growth. But today, keeping customers happy can be the difference between getting a “like” on Facebook or being the subject of a negative YouTube monologue that could cost a company millions in good will (just ask United Airlines!).

What’s more, every phone call, face-to-face interaction, email communication and badly-worded response to a question or comment, could instantly start the ball rolling downhill. This workshop is designed to provide the tools your staff needs to diffuse tension, solve customer problems and find ways to make customers appreciate your efforts on their behalf. We’ll do role plays, have discussions and provide a tip sheet to each participant to remind them of what they’ve learned.

How to network at events – even if you’re shy.

It’s often assumed that everyone in sales and marketing is an extrovert. Certainly, this is true of some professionals but by no means all. This workshop is designed to help even confirmed introverts make the first move toward successfully connecting with potential customers. We’ll cover how to engage and interact with prospects and colleagues at trade shows, industry networking events and even at weekend social gatherings.

Brainstorming for the holidays

The holidays are a wonderful time to strengthen customer ties and show your appreciation to long time clients. Yet in these politically correct and culturally sensitive times, they can also present certain pitfalls. Plus, there’s the little matter of giving gifts and hosting events that are: (1) in keeping with your brand and (2) in keeping with your budget. We’ll lead a creative brainstorm session for your staff to help you develop options for cards, emails, gifts, and events to answer all of these challenges. This is also a great team-building exercise for your staff members and a fun event for all.

We take customer experience seriously. Especially your experience with us.

The reason we’re offering these workshops (and others to come in the future) is that Crux is committed not just to marketing our client products and services but helping them to enhance their customer’s experience with their brand. We realize that this is a somewhat unorthodox approach for an ad agency to take. But then, we’re not just another ad agency. Our expert marketing advice, informed strategy recommendations, carefully researched marketing plans and superb creative are all focused on helping our clients achieve three important goals: (1) to get more customers, (2) to keep the customers they have and (3) to increase the value of their brand so that those customers become brand advocates.
