Although relatively new to the marketplace, Nova had established a niche in the healthcare marketplace designing and manufacturing lighting, power and safety control systems for healthcare facilities with medical imaging equipment. Preparing to become a major player in the industry, Nova’s leadership approached Crux about developing a brand and a fully functioning website allowing clients to order equipment directly from the site.
Paying off an important psychological insight, Crux created copy content that described the history, services and benefits Nova offers clients as emotionally-involving stories. These stories documented and demonstrated how Nova’s products and staff solved lighting, power and safety challenges in a way that would interest and engage site visitors. We also redesigned the company’s logo to be more distinctive and in keeping with their brand personality centered on creative innovation.
