Hayes Performance System has been established heritage in the Milwaukee area for well over 60 years and is a critical supplier for other local companies such as Harley-Davidson and Caterpillar. Hayes Performance Systems has been in their current facility for over 50 years. They were looking for ideas to begin updating many of the existing conference rooms in their facility. For their main conferenece room they were exploring the idea of combining a meeting space with a show room to convey the breadth of their offering within several industries. They also wanted to be able to visually express their Milwaukee lineage.
This solution splits the space in two. One half is used for a meeting space, with a large monitor and white wall area for meetings and collaboration, while the other half is utilized as a showroom that is easily visible and accessible from the rest of the space.
The vintage wood combined with the cream brick that is synonymous with Milwaukee architecture is balanced out with modern technology to create a warm and inviting space that is rich with heritage and supports continued growth for Hayes Performance Systems.
